Hello, my name is Vince Daniels.

About my show … In an age where we are offered every imaginable device to communicate instantly, it seems like the things we communicate lack the intimacy of an innocent time that many feel have left us forever. Why I chose radio years ago is that I believe radio will always be an intimate medium.

I always wanted to create a show where I'm able to pick a time slot, and then never change it. That way my show can always be like a home to listeners, in the same way that families used to gather around the T.V. on a certain night of the week to watch their favorite programs.

It won't be the same show every week. There will be a variety of topics. My core beliefs and my politics are conservative in nature. You will find me however to be open and inclusive to all points of view, but all of it will point back to the innocence I feel we've lost.

It's a show that can get heated. It's a show that is also light-hearted. We lead in with music memories. We test your knowledge of music and television with occasional trivia contests. We focus on the news of the day and go back to past headlines that other media wished you would forget about.

With the help of Paul Andrews, Crista Curtis, Jay Boatman and "Newsman Nick" Anthony (and many times just me for the entire show), we offer a voice to those that feel they have none. America once was a great nation, back when it had higher moral and ethical standards. Consider my show your gathering place to take back this country.

Vince adds a Florida station this week.

Starting July 17th, Vince Daniels can say that his show airs on stations "K" and "W" as he moves into the East Coast. He will join the Saturday line-up on 'The Big 810,' WEUS, "Orlando's Real Talk."

"It's a new conservative talk station in Central Florida," says Vince. "My show is a perfect fit in two ways. The Big 810 for years was the home of 50's and 60's golden oldies. They still have several hours of that on the weekend but are slowly moving away from it. Beginning this Saturday I'll be premiering a new feature coming into the top of every hour, plus in and out of every break where I feature number one hits starting back in 1955 and chronologically building to the present."

For instance, this weekend it will be 1955, next weekend it will be 56, and so on. The Vince Daniels Show will be a reminder to the WEUS listeners that even though they'll eventually be all talk on weekends, the oldies won't be entirely abandoned.

"The other way that I believe I'm a good fit for The Big 810 is that my conservative ideology fits with a far majority of their line-up. It's been a long time coming, but I'm happy to be on a radio station alongside syndicated hosts like Jerry Doyle, Laura Ingraham, Phil Hendrie and Roger Hedgecock. What I like about this station is that they place more emphasis on local hosts to talk about local issues. A great example of that is Shannon Burke who is on mid-days and who has been an Orlando legend."

Burke's show airs weekdays from Noon to 3 pm. Daniels' is on 1pm to 3pm every Saturday and his new show opening starting July 17 describes what he does as live weekend talk. "So many of these local outlets completely stay away from live talk on weekends and choose to go the route of airing the best- of's of their Monday through Friday syndicated line-up. That's what I like about what the Tutera's have put together. Along with real talk, these guys have some real vision." Vince is referring to Carl Como and his son, Carmine Tutera, independent owners of WEUS.

Vinnie is on a trial run for the next 13-weeks. For the moment, The Big 810 will pick up the final two of Daniels' 3 hour live show. Sometime in August, KCAA, flagship station for The Vince Daniels Show will move Vince into the 10 am to 1 pm time slot so that his entire show can be simulcasted in Florida from 1 pm - 4pm.

According to the WEUS website, "the 810 AM dial position is the most desirable location since it is right in the middle of the AM spectrum and free from the interference problems faced by other stations at the upper end of the dial. The frequency on 810 AM makes WEUS a clear channel frequency according to the FCC." Simply stated, the 810 dial position does not have an abundance of radio stations on that frequency.

With a daytime power of 10,000 watts, "Orlando's Real Talk" is not only heard in Orlando, but also in cities like Kissimmee, Palm Bay, Palm Coast, Melbourne, Daytona Beach and several others in Seminole and Orange Counties.

THIS SATURDAY, JULY 31ST
9:00 AM - 12 NOON (P.D.T.)
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (E.D.T.)

This Week it's 1957's # 1's of Rock N' Roll;
Arizona Law Gutted, State Senator reacts;
Vince joined by Jay Boatman/Crista Curtis

Hour 1:

Crista Curtis, left, and Jay Boatman

Vinnie's friends and sometimes sidekicks, Jay Boatman and Crista Curtis (pictured above) return after a long absence. Says Vince, "now that we've expanded into another market and have increased to 3 hours in the last several weeks, you'll be getting Jay and Crista a lot more frequently on the show."

1957 will be the focus of the music this week as Vince celebrates "55 Years of Rock & Roll's Number 1's." Each Saturday he continues chronologically through more than a half century of number one songs which were grandfathered into an era that is still known as Rock and Roll to this day.

Elvis is on a roll in '57. Buddy Holly also debuted with a beat that defined this period and which also gave young people of that generation music that sounded like they were still listening to their parents radio station, such as Debbie Reynolds' "Tammy."

The first part of the show will look at two local Inland Empire stories. Postponed from last week, Will Bigham, reporter for the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin calls in at 9:09am (PDT) to talk about a local story.

Last May, 43-year-old Rancho Cucamonga resident James Megaw's first trial ended in a mistrial after a jury deadlocked in its deliberations. A prosecutor said last month that family members of Megaw's accusers expressed a desire for a retrial. An Aug. 23 retrial date has been scheduled in Megaw's molestation case.

Five students testified during Megaw's trial that the former teacher at Valencia Elementary School in Upland fondled their genitals in class, and in somes case touched himself while touching them. A sixth student said Megaw made a sexual comment to him in a bathroom.

Another major concern throughout the I.E. has been loan the modifications and mortage issue. Crista will take this up at approx 9:20am.

At 9:37am a story out of Los Angeles that has the rest of Southern Califonia talking. Simi Valley and Ventura are exploring legal actions to block steep pension payments for Randy Adams, a former employee of both cities whose lucrative stint as police chief of Bell continues to have far-reaching consequences.

But if the state attorney general finds any laws were broken in that salary scandal, the cities’ actions may be a moot point. The state’s public employee retirement agency announced Wednesday that Adams’ pension, along with the pensions of two other Bell city officials, will be withheld until the attorney general makes that determination.

Adams worked for the police departments in Ventura, Simi Valley and Glendale before being hired in Bell. He was forced to resign last week amid growing outcry over his $457,000 salary in the relatively poor city of about 40,000 people. Your phone calls are welcomed during this segment.

Hour 2:

Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce

Jay and Crista will be introduced in this hour to the listeners that will join The Vince Daniels Show on "Orlando's Real Talk," WEUS, The Big 810 AM.

Jay unveils a new trivia contest of his own called 'That's Yesterday's News.' For his debut he'll ask two questions ripped from yesterday's headlines to test your knowledge of semi-recent news. One question is worth $15 at Starbucks and the other, $25 at Disneyworld and you guessed it, this contest is only open to the listeners on The Big 810. But KCAA listeners, don't despair, as Jay will be announcing a contest just for you.

At around 10:36am (PDT) Vinnie, Jay, Crista and "Newsman Nick" talk about the recent happenings this week in Arizona as a federal judge blocked significant portions of Senate Bill 1070.

Joining the show will be State Senator, Russell Pearce (pictured above) who designed this law for purposes of enforcing federal law regarding illegal immigration because of the high rate of drug trafficking and human smuggling that has been pervasive in the state. Many wonder if this preliminary ruling is as bad as it sounds. Sen.Pearce discusses the ramifications of the decision.

Hour 3:

Vince will review the week's headlines.Rewind

The hotly contested debate on illegal immigration continues into this hour as Vince and company react to what they just heard from Sen. Pearce. They'll discuss how this not only affects Arizona, but also California and how this can work its way into the Sunshine state and the rest of the nation as well. Your phone calls, as always are welcome at 1-888-909-1050.

At approx 11:35am (PDT) it is time for Vince Daniels' Headline Rewind where the top stories of the week are reviewed. Find out what is on the minds of Vince, Crista, Jay and "Newsman Nick."

Vince Daniels and the young people who attended his June 26th show.

THANKS GUYS FOR A MEMORABLE SHOW ON JUNE 26TH. PICTURED ARE CAMPERS THAT WERE SELECTED OUT OF A GROUP OF ALMOST 100 TO APPEAR ON THE VINCE DANIELS SHOW. THEY RECENTLY ATTENDED THE ANNUAL SUMMER CAMP FOR THE SURVIVORS OF THE ABORTION HOLOCAUST.

REPRINTED FROM BREITBART.TV

On June 25th, a pro-life group called Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust were peacefully protesting outside of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood when a crew from the Jimmy Kimmel Show arrived to do some filming. The pro-life youth activists weren’t in the film crew’s way — whatever they were shooting was across the street — but then for no reason other than to be ideologically sadistic, the crew turned a hot spotlight on Ryan Bueler, one of the young protesters. Bueler refused to be intimidated and for 15 minutes stood under a light hot enough to partially melt a bracelet he was wearing.

UPDATED: According to NewsBusters, Kimmel’s producers have agreed not to hire this film crew again: Kimmel’s producers said the lighting people were not part of their team; the company was hired just for the day on June 25. Producers promised not to hire the company again.
